We worked with Tim on a virtual event for our Glandore Member Businesses that focused on ‘How to Manage Organisations and People Through Crises’. This couldn’t have come at a better time as a lot of our client businesses were going through a tough period as a result of Covid-19. Tim gave them some invaluable insight on how organise their businesses to deal with the adversity and some great tips on how to structure things internally and manager their people. It was one of our best attended virtual events to date and we have had some amazing feedback from our clients.
